About Us
Food Safety Professionals is owned and operated by Chef Richard Solis. Chef Solis is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park N.Y.alumni 85' and brings 30 years of experience in the food service industry.

The Senior Instructor, Joyce Solis is an accredited (CEC Certified Executive Chef),with the American Culinary Federation and is also a CIA graduate alumni 85' and also holds a BS degree in Psychology in studies from the University of Mass. with graduate honors  Cum Laude. She is also a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) and Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPP). Joyce is currently General Manager of St John's Health Center in Santa Monica and adds another 25 years of experience in the food service industry to the team.

 This dynamic duo offer personal service and a learning experience that brings with it training based on real world examples and practices. Food safety is their passion and helping operators to understand and successfully apply the core principles, is what the Solis’ are all about.
